These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ZW777 platform, accessible at https://zw777.cam/ (hereinafter "the Platform", "ZW777", "we", "us" or "our"). The Platform is an English-language online gaming information service operated for the benefit of Pakistani users and others who access it.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts in an attempt to circumvent any restriction, suspension or access limitation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of all associated Accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. ZW777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that ZW777 may rely on any instruction, communication or transaction issued from your Account as having been authorised by you.

The Platform is provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational use. You agree to use ZW777 only in a manner consistent with Applicable Law and with these Terms. In particular you agree to:

• Comply with all Applicable Laws, including those of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, when accessing the Platform or acting on information obtained from it;

7. Engaging in conduct that is harassing, abusive, defamatory or discriminatory towards ZW777, its staff or other users;
8. Using the Platform in a manner that places an unreasonable load on its infrastructure or disrupts service availability;
9. Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

ZW777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any User found to have engaged in any of the prohibited conduct listed above, without notice and without liability.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, betting guides, glossaries, graphics, layout, design, source code and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of ZW777 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

ZW777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any Content in any form or medium;
• Sell, sublicence or commercially exploit any Content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting ZW777 at [email protected] with a clear request for Account deletion. Upon confirmation, we will deactivate your Account and process any personal data deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for any reason, Clauses 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 17 (Governing Law) shall survive and continue to apply. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZW777's operating entity is registered, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.
